Craig Gardner, Craig Dawson and Saido Berahino all scored as Tony Pulis beat his former side Crystal Palace 3-2 at The Hawthorns.
The Baggies raced into a three-goal lead before Palace hit back after the break.
Pulis made four changes to the side that were knocked out of the FA Cup with Gardner, Dawson, Gareth McAuley and Stephane Sessegnon all recalled.
Alex Pritchard came off the bench to win the Reading accolade with 31% of the votes.
