Scotland Under-21 international Graeme Dorrans will join the Baggies at the end of the season after Albion and Livingston agreed a deadline day deal for the highly rated youngster.

The 20-year-old forward impressed during a trial with the club after being recommended to Tony Mowbray by his former Hibs coach, and now Livingston manager, Mark Proctor.

"Graham impressed enough during his time with us to show he is a young player with a lot of potential." Mowbray said.

"As a club, we are trying to identify talent for the future to augment the young players we are working hard to nurture within our own Academy set-up."

Dorrans joined Livingston as a 13-year-old and has already scored ten goals this season in the Scottish First Division.
