Albion have completed the deadline day swoop of Dutch international Andwene Slory on a free transfer from Feyenoord. The 27-year-old right winger has signed until the end of the season, with a further year in the club’s favour.
The 5ft 8in wideman, who has been capped twice by the Netherlands, has an eye for goal and has netted an impressive 54 for times in 194 career appearances.
“Everyone knows we've been looking to bring in an offensive midfielder with pace and we're delighted to have signed Andy,” Roberto Di Matteo said.
"He can play wide or through the middle behind a striker and he'll be a good addition to the squad."
Slory could make his debut against Blackpool on Wednesday if all the relevant paperwork is processed in time.
