Albion will kick-off their attempt to boing-back to the Premier League at home for the first time in four seasons against fellow relegated club, Newcastle United, on Saturday 8th August.
A week later the Baggies will travel to Nottingham Forest for the first Midlands’ derby of the season before an equally tricky tie at London Road to face Peterborough three days later.
The Baggies will host the Posh on Boxing Day at The Hawthorns before travelling to Scunthorpe on the 28th December. Albion’s final game of the season will be at home to Darren Moore’s Barnsley on Sunday 2nd May 2010.
