Albion chairman Jeremy Peace told the club's official website: "We have been discussing the issue since the turn of the year, and it has become apparent we need to make season-ticket prices more attractive to our supporters. We have lost 30% of season-ticket holders this season following our relegation, and we want as many of those to come back, and others to join us, on a seasonal basis - regardless of which division we are in."
Season tickets go on sale from March 15, after which they "will be subject to a further review". Adult season-tickets will be available from £349 - a reduction of between 13% and 17% - with junior tickets for the Birmingham Road and Smethwick Ends of The Hawthorns selling from £49 if bought with an adult ticket. Under-16 tickets throughout the stadium will cost £99, while a student rate has been introduced for young adults up to the age of 21.
