"I'm chuffed because ever since I've been at the football club it's been a great period in my career," Moore told the clubs official website.
"I think of all the successful things that have happened to me here and I'm delighted to extend my stay.
"I'm looking forward to improving as a player and my aim is to see West Bromwich Albion established as a Premiership football club."
