'Dangerous Albion' impresses Gibbs

Kieran Gibbs hopes Saturday's demolision of QPR is just the start for Albion this season.

The defender scored his first goal for the club against Rangers as he was given a more attacking role in Albion's new 3-5-2 formation.

With Matt Phillips, Harvey Barnes, Dwight Gayle and Jay Rodriguez all threatening up front for Albion, Gibbs predicts it'll be an entertaining season for Baggies fans.

"The boys showed good discipline from the beginning. I like the way we sustained attacks in their half and dominated most of the game" said the former England international.

"We've got a lot of dangerous players going forward. They're hungry, they work hard on and off the ball.

"If they keep gelling together like they have been doing then it bodes well for the season."
