Albion again threw away the lead late on after conceeding in the last 10 minutes against Leicester City.
Nacer Chadli started his first game of the season and scored a subline free kick on the hour mark to give Albion the lead.
But Riyad Mahrez's close range volley leveled the scores with just 10 minutes remaining.
