Charlie Austin has joined Albion in a £4m deal from Southampton.

The 30-year-old striker has signed a two-year deal at The Hawthorns to add much needed fire power to Albion's ranks.

Austin started his league career at Swindon before big money moves to Burnley, QPR and then to the Saints.

In total, he has made 325 appearances netting an impressive 150 times.

He is joined by fellow new signings Grady Diangana, Chris Willock and Matheus Pereira on season long loan deals.

Wingers Diangana and Pereira have signed from West Ham United and Sporting Lisbon, respectively.

Forward Willock has also joined from Portuguese outfit Benfica. The former Arsenal trainee signed a five-year deal in 2017 but is yet to make a first team appearance.

The new additions join Filip Krovinović, Kenneth Zohore, Semi Ajayi, Darnell Furlong and Romaine Sawyers as summer recruits in the Baggies' reshapped squad.
