New Albion boss Darren Moore wants to build a side that is easy on the eye - but one that doesn't mind rolling its sleeves up.
Speaking at his first press conference after his appointment as Head Coach, Moore outlined his vision for next season.
He wants a side that will play attractive football but is equally adept at meeting the unique challenges The Championship provides.
“I understand the challenges that lie ahead. I’ve played a lot of games in the Championship. It's about getting us ready for those challenges that will soon be upon us," he said.
“The ambition is to keep moving this club forward. Every team is vying for the special prize of promotion.
“I want to build a team that has different dimensions to it. The fans can expect a team that will play attractive football but also a team that’s willing to fight and scrap for every ball.
“There’s many different challenges but we need to create a team that can be prepared for those challenges. We will need to be mentally and physically prepared.
