Pearson: We Won't Give Up

"In some ways it was a missed opportunity, but we have to keep going," Pearson said after the game.

"Bolton are hard to play against and we could not get any momentum. They were on a poor run and they were desperate not to lose the game.

"We may now need to win every game to stay up. You just don't know.

"But the difference between last season and this season is that one of the sides at the bottom has produced championship form and you have to give Portsmouth credit for that.

"But we are still in with a shout and we have to keep going.

"The players gave it their all against Bolton and you can't criticise their efforts, but obviously they are disappointed."
