Pulis claims Albion need a break

Under fire Albion boss Tony Pulis reckons his side aren't catching a break after another defeat heaped more pressure on him.

Albion's dismal 1-0 defeat to Huddersfield extended the Baggies winless streak to 10 games in all competitions.

The Baggies' travelling fans ventend their anger at another lifeless performance away from home where Albion offered little going forward.

“I didn’t think there was much in it first half," he said.

“It’s a wondergoal and you can’t do anything about it.

“We think the free-kick should have gone our way in the build up to their goal.

“I’m right behind it as he strikes it and it’s actually going wide but it then bends in.

“Huddersfield defended fantastically.

“We’ve got to keep going and keep our chins up.

“You’ve got to take it on the chin.

“We could certainly do with a break but that’s football.”
