Pulis happy to keep Stoke run going

Tony Pulis continued his unbeatun run against his old side Stoke City - but Albion were unable to keep their 100% start to the season after a 1-1 draw.

Jay Rodriguez scored in consecutive games as he scored his first league goal of the season with a close range header.

But a mix-up between Ben Foster and Ahmed Hegazi allowed Peter Crouch to head into an unammed goal in the 77th minute.

"I think we had the best chances," said the Albion head coach.

"You look at the money that Stoke have invested and they are a good side. We wanted Kurt Zouma but couldn't afford that loan fee.

"That's eight or nine games I have managed against Stoke and I am unbeaten. The game here, we were the better team. It's been a great start to the season."
