Tony Pulis says Albion are still a work in progress after watching his side again conceed a late goal and have to settle for a draw.

Albion took the lead in the 63rd minute through Nacer Chadli's excellent free kick.

But for the second game running Albion were pegged back when Riyad Mahrez fired home from inside the area.

The Baggies have now dropped more points from winning positions than any other Premier League side this season.

"We're disappointed not to win after leading," said the Baggies boss.

"We broke away four or five times in the second half.

"We've got some good players in the team and we expect a little bit more in possession.

"At times we played some really good stuff but at times we were forcing things when we didn't have to.

"We're evolving and we've got to get the strenghts of each player out.

"But to come here and get a point is no mean task."
