"Last season our success was built on our defensive play because we did not have lapses like that. We need to get back to basics and start to defend how we did last season," Robson saidafter the game on Saturday.
"We did respond well in the second half to get back into the game but we have to defend better as a team.
"It is no good starting to play when you are a couple of goals down you have to defend from the start.
"It means that our start to the season has been up and down. We had two solid displays against Manchester City and Portsmouth.
"But we have now conceded seven goals in the last two games and it is clear what we have to work on and get it right."
