Albion's season ended in disappointment as the Baggies lost their play-off semi final on penalities to Aston Villa.
Craig Dawson's first half header won the tie for Albion and took the game into extra time.
But with neither team able to find a winner, the game went to penalities with Mason Holgate and Ahmed Hegazi missing Albion's first two attempts.
