A game littered by individual errors was the undoing of the visitors after a performance filled with lots of endeavour but little quality.
"The result suggests we had a bit of a hiding," Academy coach Michael Appleton said, "but on reflection that wasn't the case. Poor individual errors cost us on three of the goals they scored a great free-kick."
