"I'm fit and ready to go whenever the gaffer needs me," Johnson said.
"I'll be leaving this summer and I've had five terrific years here.
"It will be fantastic if I could help the team keep their Premier League status before I left.
"I'll give everything I've got for West Brom for the rest of the season."
