Dembele and Tchoyi on radar

Albion have been linked with Blues target Moussa Dembele of AZ Alkmaar and Cameroon international forward Somen Tchoyi.

The Baggies are believed to be close to securing a deal for Tchoyi who currently plays for Red Bull Salzburg.  The 27-year-old, who was voted the Austrian Player of the Year last season, is expected to cost the Baggies in the region of £2-3 million.

Meanwhile Albion are tracking Belgium international Dembele.  The 23-year-old is also a target for neighbours Birmingham City with the Blues currently leading the race for the hot-shot’s signature. 

Roberto Di Matteo is desperately searching for additional firepower ahead of the Premier League kick-off next weekend.  Albion have been given the daunting task of travelling to champions Chelsea on the opening day of the season.
