It is believed that Zuiverloon will sign a three-year deal, with the option of a further 12-months in the club's favour, with Heerenveen reporting the transfer to be around the £3 million pound mark.
Baggies fans may have already seen Zuiverloon in action as the 21-year old was part of the Heerenveen team who played at The Hawthorns in the final game of last season's pre-season fixtures, finishing on the losing team 3-1.
