Albion have exercised their right to recall defender Neil Clement from his loan spell at Championship rivals Hull. The Baggies' longest serving player has been instrumental in the Tigers' recent run of form; which has seen the Humberside outfit overtake Albion in Championship table.

In a busy day for Albion with 'Bart' Slusarski heading to Sheffield Wednesday on loan until the end of the season, Tony Mowbray has ruled out any further loan activity before today's 5pm emergency loan window deadline.

"We're not looking to bring any loans in," the Baggies boss said.

"I've got belief and confidence in the squad of players we've got.

"We've hopefully got James Morrison and Chris Brunt back for this weekend and Leon won't be far behind them.

"We're recalling Neil from Hull to add to our options."
