Hughes Charged

Hughes has been charged with death by dangerous driving and failing to stop and report an accident.

A 56-year-old man was killed in the road accident and Hughes has been bailed to appear before Coventry Magistrates on Wednesday.

The maximum penalty for this offence is 10 years imprisonment.
