Its good to get three points - Megson

"It's just good to get three points to keep our run going. Being top of the division at this time doesn't mean a thing," the Baggies boss said after the 2-0 victory at The Priestfield Stadium.

"We scored the first goal at the right time and it was a great run and shot by Scott who has come into the team and taken his chance with three goals in three games. Then Neil's free-kick gave us a cushion."

"Gillingham huffed and puffed and changed their style and formation but they didn't give us a problem. The second half was a bit of a stalemate but we had done the job.

"We have still got things to improve on but our work and organisation is good but we need more patience and care."
