Just one thing... Albion 0 Norwich 1

Albion fans were served up another x-rated performance at The Hawthrons as the Baggies again failed to muster a shot on target in the 1-0 defeat to Norwich.

Team

Never change a winning side? Don't tell Tony Pulis. Fit-again Jonny Evans was recalled for the unfortunate James Chester.

Tactics

The Baggies started with an attacking high tempo start. But after Claudio Yacob had struck the post with a volley and Stephane Sessegnon wasted a golden opportunity, Albion fell apart. The Baggies huffed and puffed and were forced to revert to long-ball rubbish to find an equaliser.

Performance

Albion started well but ran out of ideas after 20 minutes. Where's Plan B, Tony? And I don't mean lumping it towards Rickie Lambert with 5 minutes to go. Once again this season, Albion failed to have a single shot on target. Pulis' tactics from the dark ages again stunk the place out. He should beg JP for another contract in the summer. What exactly do they work on all week?

Man of the Match

Was there one? Dawson and McAuley did OK. But both should've done more for Norwich's goal. Yacob was good without being spectacular. The rest stunk out the place.

Talking Point

Jonas Olsson. Was hauled off after an hour after a performance to forget. Lacked conviction and confidence and raised doubt in other. Albion looked far more assured after he walked down the tunnel. Olsson has been a great servant for the club. But now it's time to shake hands and say thanks for the memories.

Ref Watch

Anthony Taylor did OK but waited too long to issue a yellow card. This let Norwich waste time for the last 30 minutes.

What's Next

Albion again have a few weeks off due to the international break. Any chance of getting the players to work on having some shots on target, Tony?
