Jonathan Bond has become the second goalkeeper to join Albion this season.
The 25-year-old was released by Reading in the summer and joins the club on a free transfer, signing a two-year contract at The Hawthorns.
Bond, who initially featured for Wales at youth level, switched to England and has been capped Under-20 and Under-21 level.
“This is a Premier League club and that’s what we’ve got to concentrate on - getting ourselves back up there,” said the stopper.
“The facilities are great, the people are great. The Championship is a tough league but I believe it’s an exciting season ahead.”
