Kevin Phillips and Neil Clement have had minor ankle operations on Wednesday, while West Brom have arranged four pre-season friendlies.Veteran striker Phillips and versatile defender Clement underwent minor correctional surgery and Baggies boss Tony Mowbray told the club's website: "It's nothing serious, they've both had clean-up operations and they should be ready during pre-season."
