Kiely impressed by boss Mowbray

Dean Kiely has revealed he is impressed with West Brom manager Tony Mowbray's approach.The former Republic of Ireland goalkeeper, who joined the Baggies in January, told the club's official website: "I've been really impressed with everything the manager does. He knows when to be your mate and chew the fat and when to be the manager and step away." The Baggies occupy the final play-off position in the Championship table but, despite the international break, Mowbray has not allowed his squad to lose focus.
