However, the injury has been regarded as not too serious by the Baggies boss.
"Jason just went over on his ankle and it's not serious," he said.
"He's had a tight hamstring this week and had not trained for a couple of days.
"But with the score being 3-0 we took him off more as a precaution than it being anything serious."
