West Bromwich Albion has completed their seventh and eighth summer signings with the double capture of Middlesbrough midfielder James Morrison and Stoke defender Carl Hoefkens. Morrison makes the move to the Hawthornes for £1.5 million. The 21-year-old graduated from the club's youth system in 2004, after playing a key role in helping Boro to the FA Youth Cup. He went on to make over 60 first team appearances for the Teesiders, mainly on the right wing, scoring three goals. Belgium international Hoefkens joins the Baggies for £750,000. The versatile defender has signed a two- year contract.
