West Brom manager Tony Mowbray has not ruled out selling one of Albion's prize assets in the January transfer window. The Baggies boss is eager to strengthen his squad in the New Year, but has been told by chairman Jeremy Peace that he must sell before he can bring players in. Mowbray admits it will not be easy to move squad players on, so his hand may be forced into selling a first-team regular. He told the Birmingham Mail: "People might come in for a player we don't want to let go but it might enable us to do something else - so we need to weigh all things up come January. "You want to keep your best players because that gives you the best chance, but sometimes the players you wouldn't mind moving on aren't those that people covet." Zoltan Gera, Diomansy Kamara, Paul Robinson and Jason Koumas have all attracted admiring glances from other clubs in the past.
