Mowbray hunting new names

West Brom boss Tony Mowbray has already begun scouring the transfer market ahead of next season. The Baggies face Derby next Monday in the Championship play-off final with a sell out allocation of 33,000 and also knowing a win will equate to promotion and the £35 million windfall Premiership football represents. Mowbray, who spent the weekend touring Europe on a scouting mission, is aware of the effect failure to earn promotion will have on his transfer budget and has selected his targets accordingly. He explained to the club's official website: "We are trying to identify footballers, hopefully for the Premier League next season. If we don't win promotion, the targets lower slightly because the revenue factor is different. I'm just looking for good footballers and, yes, there are two tiers we are looking at. It's more power to your elbow if you're in the Premier League."
