No Knee-Jerk Reaction

Dean Kiely insists that nobody at West Brom is panicking after a run of five matches without a win that has seen them slip to sixth place. The Baggies travel to relegation-threatened QPR on Saturday in desperate need of a win to get their push for automatic promotion back on track, but the former Charlton and Portsmouth stopper is adamant they will not compromise their style of play to get results.
He told the club's official website: "The good thing is I don't think anybody is panicking. No one is jumping around trying to do things differently. The manager is certainly keeping the same things about how he wants football to be played and how he wants us to approach games because more often than not is has brought success. I think that's important. To have a knee-jerk reaction to the last couple of weeks would be wrong. We haven't done that at all. We still believe in the things that make us tick and successful."
