Saints And Cardiff Bids For Purse Accepted

The two sides have been given permission to talk to the former Birmingham City centre-back with Cardiff reportedly favourites for the 28-year-old defenders signature.

"I told Darren we are willing to let him go if a suitable offer comes in," manager Bryan Robson told the clubs official website.

"We have accepted two bids and it is now up to Darren to decide which club he wants to join."
