Shakespeare in Leicester talks

Albion first-team coach Craig Shakespeare could be way out of The Hawthorns after the club accepted Leicester's request to talk to the former midfielder. New Foxes boss Nigel Pearson has earmarked 'Shaky' as part of his new look backroom team at The Walkers Stadium as he attempts to gain promotion after last year's relegation.

Although a firm favourite with current boss Tony Mowbray and a loyal servant to the Baggies after joining in 1999 as Football in the Community Officer and working his way up from youth, reserve and finally first-team coach, Mowbray is reluctant to stand in his way with an assistant manager position muted.
