Steele heads to Barnsley on loan

Following in the footsteps of Tininho, Luke Steele has joined Barnsley on loan for a month.

The 23-year-old former Manchester United stopper has made just two appearances for Albion this season in the victories over Leicester and Charlton but the arrival of Michal Danek has seen Steele drop down the pecking order.

Steele will now go straight into the Tykes squad for Saturday's FA Cup fifth-round tie at Liverpool.
