Striker returns from Shrewsbury

Young striker Stuart Nicholson has returned to The Hawthorns after his season-long loan to the Division Two outfit was cut short due to personal problems. Albion have reached an agreement with Shrewsbury to allow the former Young-Player-of-the-Year to return however, he will still 'officially' remain on loan.

The Geordie striker who made his first-team debut in the FA Cup last season is now back in training with the Baggies with the hope the Football League with authorise the termination of the loan agreement in January.
